Battle Ground Country Club All Inclusive Wedding

We had the pleasure of celebrating with Debra + Rory at the Battle Ground Country Club this past Saturday August 4, 2012 and not only did we capture some beautiful footage but we danced until our shoes came off. We started the relationship with Debra + Rory back in August 6, 2011 and it has bloomed to a fabulous friendship. Last year Tara Debra & Rory had an engagement session over in long branch, ironically Tara will be there this upcoming saturday morning with Nikki K for another engagement shoot. Yes, I did say Nikki K our premiere sought out DJ, as for those that know him; know about his passion in photography and UPC would not be what it is without his diversified talents, but lets get back to how the wedding celebration of Debra + Rory unfolded.

We believe that you must like your photographer in order to smile and naturally be happy looking towards the camera and that didn’t seem to be a problem with Debra + Rory, in fact a couple stunning photos are currently hanging on the wall in our office. Let us now turn the page to the big day, starting with Rory. He surprised his wife by pre-recording his first dance song ” Boys Like Girls Feat. Taylor Swift – Two Is Better Than One” and it sounded absolutely fabulous even our event host Robert C. had to inform the guest that it was Rory’s voice that was coming out of the speakers. Not only did it sound good, but the newlyweds looked stunning and as for the rest of the night and for the rest of the guests they were glued on the dance floor having a good time even Debra’s 90 year old Great Aunt was out boogieing to the tunes.

Prior to the reception the Groom and his groomsmen were playing a board game “Risk” while our bride and her bridesmaids were getting ready. Which leads me to say that the Best Man speech was truly from the heart, his elaboration about Rory stopping to pick up the phone in the middle of playing any video game would never happen and has never happened before until he met the woman of his dreams Debra. Also let me add one of the moments that I love in this video is watching the cinematographer filming the little joy ride that the Bride + Groom took together around the Battleground Country Club estate.
