* No purchase is necessary to enter any giveaway.
* You must be a *facebook fan* to be eligible for the UPC facebook giveaways.
* You must be 18 years of age to enter any of our giveaways and be a resident of the United States.
* You must be willing to give us your full name, address, and phone number if you are the winner
The winner has 4 days to respond. If we have not heard from the winner within 4 days we will select another winner.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: We will select winner(s) on March 27, 2010 and we will announce the winners name on ultimate party central fanpage, twitter and blog. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than forty-eight (48) hours, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. It is the Entrant’s sole responsibility to contact Ultimate Party Central to collect Prize.
