Quick Tips and Tricks for your upcoming Engagement Photo Session:

1) Don’t be afraid of colors, colorful outfits make your pictures pop.

2) Bring a prop, hats, signage, sport accessory, sunglasses, anything that tells a story of who you are.

3) Makeup and hair is important, and girls don’t forget about your eyes. They are the most important factor in your portrait pictures, so eyeliner and good mascara are a must. (note: this will be a good time to do a test run with you makeup artist if possible)

4) Leave your purse behind, we need your hands free during the session. I will have an assistant there to carry around small items like car keys and such.

5) Since this is a mini session make sure you use the restroom right before you leave.

6) Most important “HAVE FUN” by following these simple steps you will be prepared to step in front of my lens and have your picture taken and don’t worry about a thing because we will make sure that you look fantastic!

Terms & Conditions

1. No Obligation
There is no obligation & no purchase necessary to obtain the free mini engagement session hosted by Ultimate Party Central. To qualify for the free pre-wedding engagement photo shoot, you must be getting married in the New Jersey / New York City area before 12/31/2017.

2. Session Details
This shoot will be booked at the time of confirming your free mini engagement shoot after registering on the Ultimate Party Central online form only and one of the Ultimate Party Central representatives confirms via email or phone with you directly. The sessions will take 20-30 minutes and within 14 days of the shoot you will receive an online gallery link with the access code and password to view your photos online. If for any reason you are running behind schedule for the scheduled session time, we will do our best to get your pictures still taken but we might have to change your times or shorten your session time as we cannot affect the other scheduled clients. We ask that if you cannot keep your confirmed scheduled session time that you give 24 hour notice to our staff, if you do not give the 24 hour written notice then you will no longer be allowed to participate in any of our future free programs. If for any reason there is inclement weather on the scheduled date of the mini session, Ultimate Party Central reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the date of the free mini engagement session.

3. Product Details
If you decide to move forward with photography services from Ultimate Party Central for your upcoming wedding, you will receive all images from the online gallery with rights to reprint free of charge upon contract signing and deposit received for your wedding photography services. If you decide not to utilize Ultimate Party Central for photography services and would like to obtain enlargements of the images taken; you may purchase those via the online gallery directly or you can purchase all images from the gallery on a USB with rights to reprint for only $75.

4. Image Copyrights
Unless otherwise noted, the Photographer maintains sole ownership rights to all of the digital images produced during the photo session(s). The Photographer grants the Client the right to reproduce any purchased image solely for non-commercial use. For non-commercial uses that require image attribution, the Photographer must be listed as the creator of the image. Additional watermarked digital images may be duplicated and posted via email or social media with appropriate attribution to the Photographer. Failure to correspond to the image copyrights may result in legal action by the Photographer.

5. Image Usage
The Photographer maintains the right to use any and all images produced during the session(s) for any commercial, non-commercial, and/or artistic purposes, including but not limited to print publications, online publications, the Photographers website and social media. The Photographer will endeavor to contact the Client for these purposes when necessary. When required, the Photographer will obtain written consent from the Client for use of images in any publication and/or showing requiring written consent. Clients who wish to limit the use of their images must submit a request to the Photographer in writing prior to the day of the first session.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
