Rock of Ages – “Our Secret is Out” 

Previously we rocked out the Sand Castle – A term we don’t use often but needed too in order to lead up to our Secret. Now that we are less than a week away from the release of “Rock of Ages” we are able to spotlight one of our very own “Kevin Hodapp”, not only does he video 50 plus events a year as a full timer for “UPC” Ultimate Party Central but has been photographing hard rock bands such as TWISTED SISTER – METALLICA – MEGADETH – ANTHRTAX – SLIPKNOT-  SLAYER – JOAN JETT and many more. Kevin has been published in metal magazines around the world and was published in ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE and this year has photos in the hit movie ROCK OF AGES which opened this June 15, 2012.

Kevin was approached by the set designer to help decorate “The Bourbon Room” in the movie you will find several supplied framed photos hung inside the Bourbon Room that were supplied by Kevin. Kevin’s website can be found here: http://www.kevinhodapprockphotos.com/

Most of the movie was film in Miami, and now the inspiration has carried over to Las Vegas; The Bourbon Room (officially) coming to the Venetian in December.

Rock of ages takes place at the sunset strip in 1987 with a list of some impressive cast members Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough, Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand, Paul Giamatti, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Bryan Cranston, and Mary J. Blige and also a list of familiar hit songs:  “Wanted Dead or Alive” by Bon Jovi, – “Paradise City” by Guns N’ Roses – “Every Rose Has its Thorn” by Poison and “Don’t Stop Believin” by Journey.
